Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use AI Tiny Desk, an independent service for making short AI-generated desk-concert videos from photos.
Using the service
You must be at least 18 to use the service. Results are generated by AI, may vary, and may differ from examples or descriptions.
Photos and permission
Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Everyone shown must be an adult who has agreed to the upload and transformation. Do not upload photos of minors or people who have not consented.
Prohibited use
Do not create intimate or sexual imagery, violence, hate, harassment, deceptive impersonations, or content that violates another person’s rights. Do not present AI output as genuine footage.
Purchases and credits
Video packs are one-time purchases in USD. One credit is used for each video request. If a request is confirmed as failed or rejected, its credit is returned. Credits do not expire while the service remains available. Statutory consumer rights still apply.
AI output and sharing
You are responsible for checking the result and for how you use or share it. Follow applicable laws and platform rules, including rights in photos, music and likenesses. AI results are not guaranteed to be unique or error-free.
Availability and contact
We may suspend access to protect the service or respond to misuse, and features may change or be unavailable. AI Tiny Desk is independent and is not affiliated with NPR, NPR Music, Tiny Desk Concerts, TikTok, or their owners. For support, email [email protected].
