Pricing questions
Can I buy more than one video?
Yes. The three- and five-video packs give you multiple credits at a lower per-video price.
Is there a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase.
When are credits used?
One credit is reserved when you start a video. A confirmed failure returns it.
Who processes the payment?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. The card number stays with the payment provider.
Can I request a refund?
Contact support through the account help route before production checkout is enabled. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
