Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AI Tiny Desk handles account, photo, video and payment information.
Information we handle
When you use the service, Clerk handles your email address or Google sign-in. We may process account identifiers, order and payment status, credit balance, uploaded photos, video-job details, finished videos and support messages.
Photos and videos
Uploaded photos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage and sent through the video gateway to the processor needed to create your request. Finished videos are stored privately in your account library. They are not public unless you choose to share them.
Storage, retention and deletion
We do not currently set a fixed automatic expiry for photos or videos. We keep them while needed to provide your library, protect the service and resolve support or payment issues. Email [email protected] to request deletion; we will remove active media where applicable. Limited account, payment and credit records may remain for security, accounting or legal obligations. A processor may keep its own copy under its terms.
Payments
Stripe processes checkout and card details. We receive payment status and order information to update credits; we do not store full card numbers.
Providers and analytics
Microsoft Clarity is used only to analyze how public pages work and diagnose website issues. It may use cookies to link pages into a session where its regional rules allow. We do not show a Clarity consent dialog. Clarity is not loaded on sign-in, the private library, payment-result or error pages. Sign-in content, checkout email fields and photo-upload controls are marked for masking. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Microsoft limits cookie-dependent features such as session replay when no valid consent signal is available.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information by emailing [email protected]. You can choose which photos to upload and whether to submit a video request.
